WILKES, Mrs. Valerene B., a resident of Coosada, AL, passed January 17, 2026, at her home. Funeral services will be held on Friday, January 23, 2026, at 12:00 Noon at Union #1 Baptist Church, Titus, AL, Rev. Mark Lennard, officiating. Interment will follow in the Union #1 Baptist Church Cemetery, Titus, AL, McKenzie's Funeral Home Staff, directing.
Mrs. Wilkes will lie in state one hour prior to the service.
