Oh! How well I remember Esther and the way she loved to shop just like I do because occasionally we would meet up at Belk in Lancaster and she would say "what you doing in here" with that lovely smile and I would reply, the same thing that you are here for. I always loved to hear her sing "Shine On Me Lord" at our Revival Meetings and no one could sing it like Estherlean Coffey.
We were saddened to hear of Esterlean Coffey's passing. We would meet at Naturally You Beauty, where my wife and I would discuss fixing her hair. We will always remember her signature song, "God Is A Good God." Our thoughts and prayers go out to her family and loved ones, that the Lord's grace may give you comfort.
Condolences and prayers to the family. Ms Esther was the one who asked me to sing with the North Corner Choir of which she was a caring president. We all enjoyed singing together and experimenting with new songs and changes. Her memory will certainly live on in me.
It was a pleasure and a blessing to be Ms.Coffey Caregiver and to meet and spend time with her and her family I truly miss her.

On August 27,2025 part of me left when God called you home. Easther wasn't just a aunt to me. She was a second mother to me. But I know the first thing you are going to do. Is ask to join the heavenly choir. So I wanted you to sing like you always did. My beautiful butterfly Valarie.
