Heartfelt thoughts and prayers from your Wildcat Tackle Football Family!
In early spring of twenty-two, God wrote a friendship, fresh and true — Two hearts that shouldn't, by the world's design, Have found each other, intertwined.
"This white girl," Andrea would laugh and say, "Wasn't who I expected God to send my way." But heaven has a sense of humor, deep and wide, And put us, kindred spirits, side by side.
We opened scripture, hearts laid bare, Found Romans eight was ours to share — Not death, not life, not things to come, Nothing could separate us from His love, not one.
We prayed for one another, held each other's cares, Traded burdens gently, traded them in prayers. A friendship forged not of this earth alone, But stitched by God's own hand, His very own.
Now Andrea dances — free, unbound, at last, No sorrow lingers, no shadow of the past. Her big, bright smile lights up that heavenly place, She's twirling now before her Savior's face.
Though I miss her here, my grief is not the end — For death could never take my sister-friend. The love we shared in Him will never cease, She's only gone ahead — to dance in peace.
Our staff will continue to keep your family in our prayers. We thank you for allowing us to serve your family.
