Remembering my cousin Ruby

Cousin Ruby as a child was of a quiet disposition. She would always be smiling when she greeted us. Cousin Ruby lived in Kingston and would always visit her grandmother who was my aunt during the holidays. We would have fun picking and eating tangerines and mangoes as those were her favorite fruits. As a town girl, whenever she visited, we enjoyed her company immensely as we would have access to certain privileges because of her as she seemed to have been our aunt's favorite. During adulthood we continued to be in touch with each other and she would visit the family on numerous occasions. We would sometimes reminisce on the good old days we had together. My cousin, we will miss your radiant smiles . Your memories will be forever in our hearts. May your soul rest in eternal peace.

Ma, thank you for all the memories we built together. Thank you for teaching me how to crochet and for being such a loving, spoiling grandma to Aiden. We love you, we miss you, and you will always be in our hearts. Rest in peace, Ma.

I love you Ma we haven't done a beach trip in a while but by far my favorite memories. We use to go to the beach every Sunday after church to visit Aunt Millie stopping a long the way to get mangoes fish and shrimp. Not to mention the car truck completely full with our Sunday dinner to feed us and whom ever came long and ask for some. I miss you so much and I will cherish all the memories and promise to share them with Aiden. I love you and miss you. Rest in Peace R.P.G
