Send flowers to the service of Dr. Ganiyu T. Oladunjoye
Prof Ganiyu T. Oladunjoye was more than an uncle to me. He was my father, my mentor, and the steady presence that shaped my life. He lived a life rooted in sacrifice, discipline, and deep care for his family. During my master's program, at a point when I felt overwhelmed and close to giving up, he traveled to Europe to be with me and made sure I stayed on track. That moment speaks to the kind of man he was. He did not just give advice, he showed up and stood by me when I needed it most. He believed in me when I struggled to believe in myself. He guided me with patience, supported me without hesitation, and loved me in a way that only a father could. His impact on my life is lasting and cannot be measured. Our last conversation on March 25 stays with me. What felt like an ordinary moment has now become something I hold very close to my heart. I will always be grateful for his love, his sacrifices, and everything he did for me. May Almighty Allah forgive his shortcomings and grant him Al-Jannah Firdaus.
