Mother Eva Jewel Ball, 83, of Albany, Georgia departed this life on Tuesday, August 29, 2023 at her residence in Albany, Georgia. Celebration of Life services will be held Tuesday, September 5, 2023, at 11:00 A.M. in Mt. Olive Baptist Church, 333 Georgia Street (Floridia Short Rd) S.E., Sasser, GA 39885. Interment will follow in Mt. Zion Baptist Church Cemetery, 1375 Goose Hollow Rd., Sasser, GA 39885.

Mrs.Eva and my mom,Johnnie Mae Pittman, were the best of friends and worked together for many years. They really enjoyed walking around the park together and just talking and laughing. Mrs. Eva was one of the sweetest people I've ever met and always had a beautiful smile on her face. Our thoughts and prayers are with you in this time of grief. She surely will be missed.
