Just learning that Bobby transitioned and my heart is broken! We worked for years together as Probation Officers and we all became a family. Bobby was a special member of that family because at the end of the day he had a good heart. He was quirky as hell but you knew that he was real. I wish that I had been in contact with in the recent past. REST IN PEACE BOBBY!!!!❤️❤️❤️ To his son and the rest of the family, I pray for peace and comfort as you go through this difficult journey. My prayers are with you all.
Condolences... Uncle Bobby was a kind, loving and gentle human being whom I loved dearly. A few years back when Uncle Bobby and Auntie Kate came to CT for a visit we had a great time and even greater conversations. I referred to Uncle Bobby as "My Uncle" because he was special to me and my son. My Uncle will truly be missed but forever loved... May His Memory Be A Blessing... S. George Hartford, Connecticut
I met Mr. Vaughn when he rode Paratransit at ATS, and he was one of the sweetest people I have ever met—my sincere Condolences to his wife and the rest of the family. Sleep well, sir.

Bobby was not only a friend and a co-worker, but he was like a brother too. Our offices were next door to each other and we shared many conversations. He will truly be missed.
