I am deeply saddened to hear of the passing of our college (then called Fort Valley State College) classmate and friend. He was not only a bright and dedicated member of our college community, but a kind and genuine friend to many. I will always remember his sense of humor and the way he brought people together; countless moments we shared during our college days. He brought joy to many of us & it will be hard to imagine those times without him. My heartfelt sympathy goes out his family and loved ones during this difficult time. Charles will truly be missed and fondly remembered. Though we grieve, we take comfort in knowing Charles is now in the presence of the Lord, where there is no more pain - only peace and joy everlasting.
My sympathy and prayers go out to the family of Charles Williams. He was a caring and joyful person while we were classmates at Fort Valley State College (now University). I would look forward to seeing him when my husband and I would sometimes go back for Homecoming. His presence on earth will be missed.
Heartfelt condolences to the family and may you find comfort within God's grace and memories of my neighbor and friend Charles. 20 years ago,He was among the first of those who extended a genuine welcome to our neighborhood and continued to touch base with those around him that could use a little extra help. His energy, kindness and caring mannerisms will not be forgotten and truly missed among us 😇 May he rest in heavenly peace & praise because it was an honor to know such a noble man 🙌🏽😌🌺
