Mr. James Riggins Harrell, 75, of Albany, Georgia departed this life on Friday, July 3, 2026 at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital in Albany, Georgia.

Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, July 17, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. in the New Salem Baptist Church, 9925 Stagecoach Road, Baconton, Georgia.

Interment will follow in the Riverside Cemetery, 200 Cotton Ave, Albany, Georgia 31701.

Meadows Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
