Ms. Annette Harris Bullard, 90, of Albany, Georgia departed this life on Thursday, January 22, 2026 at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital in Albany, Georgia.
Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, January 31, 2026 at 11:00 A.M. in the Mt. Pilgrim Baptist Church, 1501 Newton Rd, Albany, GA 31701.
Interment will follow in the Greene Cemetery, 228 Flat Creek Road, Blakely, Georgia 39823
Meadows Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

I had the pleasure of meeting Mrs. Bullard when I transported her husband. After his death, I began transporting her with Albany Transit Paratransit Services. She was a sweet person, and we often talked about her teaching career. I would like to extend my condolences to her family and to all who knew and loved her.
Mrs. Bullard was my teacher and was very nice to her students. I am praying for her family and may God bless you all.
Please accept our sincere condolences in the passing of Mrs.Bullard. It is still hard to grasp ! GOD blessed her with 90, really 91 years and for that we can certainly be thankful. She is resting now after living a full, faithful, and beautiful life. We will miss her encouraging, uplifting, and positive spirit and her kind and insightful sense of humor.
