Ms. Emma Jean Barbary, 79, of Albany, Georgia departed this life on Wednesday, June 18, 2025 at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital in Albany, Georgia.
Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, June 28, 2025 at 3:00 PM in the Floral Memory Gardens, 120 Old Pretoria Rd, Albany, Georgia 31701.

My fondest memories of Aunt Emma Jean was our family traveling to Albany Georgia on vacation back in the 60s and 70s. Great times seeing all the family relatives for the Barbary Family Reunions. Peace, unity, love and harmony in divine unison I remember! All of the delicious home cooked food eating at 622 Holloway Avenue. Aunt Emma Jeans warm welcome smile I remember. Such a remarkable Woman Imagery Distinction Aunt Emma Jean lived.
