Ms. Scott and I taught together at Radium. She was my neighbor went I first started there. She was so helpful with the ins and outs of a new school for me. We shared many a laugh during the day. When we were assigned to different halls I always got a beautiful smile when I saw her. She was a blessing in my life. I am thankful for life.

Scott, for over 22 years you loved Trel, Kin, and me. As Kinlyn's godmother, you always included Trel (he called you Godmom Scott too). Along with the countless other lives you left your mark on, I thank God for giving us you. Thanks for so many memories- the chokehold hugs, so many laughs, so much encouragement, our no judgment friendship and sisterhood we shared that I know was made from heaven. Indeed you were a beautiful, classy, stylist Woman of God. You always talked about how Kin and I kept you young but it was you keeping me going. I still smile when I think how you would say you couldn't go to your classroom without stopping by my room first to hear me say something silly or funny- you said your day just wouldn't be the same without your Monica morning therapy. To have you in my life as a friend was a pure joy and honor. Rest Well my sweet friend until we meet again. Love you forever Scott.

Gayloyd Scott was a gentle and loving lady. She was always so nice, especially to my mother. I will miss seeing her. Condolences to her family.
