Deaconess Ella Rhea Beckett - Forester was born May 3,1966, daughter of the late Abraham and Hattie Beckett in Allendale County, South Carolina. She was educated in the public schools of Hampton County, South Carolina. She was employed as a home health caregiver, and a site attendant.
At an early age, she confessed Jesus Christ as her Savior and become a baptized member of Macedonia Baptist Church.
On August 18, 2000, Ella was united in Holy Matrimony to the love of her life, the late Deacon Eddie Forester. She later became a member of Long Branch Baptist Church with her husband, and she served on the Deaconess Ministry. She served faithfully until her health began to fail.
During her leisure time, she enjoyed the outdoors, and being around flowers. She also loved fishing, cooking, and spending time with her family.
Deaconess Ella Rhea Beckett – Forester, received our Savior’s summon and succumbed to an eternal bliss on Friday, September 20, 2024, at Pruitt Health, Estill, South Carolina. Though she’s physically gone from our earthly presence, her boldness, demeanor, and personality will live on in the hearts of all who loved and knew her.
In addition to her husband and parents, she is preceded in death by (1) Daughter: Alicia Beckett, (1) Sister: Sarah White, and (1) Brother: Johnson Redenburg.
Deaconess Forester’s departure has left a tremendous void in her home and in the lives of her beloved children, (2) Daughters: Latoya Beckett; Estill, SC; Cierra (Apostle Dr. Marquis Grant); Yemassee, SC; (3) Grandchildren: Joshua Young, Jakhy Young, and Kenzli Anthony; (1) Brother: Ozzie Redenburg; Williston, SC; (1) Devoted Niece: Loretta Grenn; Estill, SC; (7) Step – Children. A host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and sympathizing friends.
