Lord knows my prayers are with the entire family. TJ was like one of my sons. He had such a good heart. He will be missed by his immediate family and close friends. I will continue to keep each of you in thought and prayer.
There are no words wide enough to hold the grief I feel right now. Timmie (TJ) was not just my best friend he was my person. My first true love. The one who saw me when I felt invisible. The one who gave me wise counsel, made me laugh, and allowed me to be fully myself without explanation.
You recently just on Tuesday sent me a video that made me laugh like he always did. I never imagined it would be our last conversation. I was waiting on him to visit me here in Houston, and now he's gone before he ever got to come.
This one hurts in a way I can't describe. It's the kind of pain that comes from losing someone who knew your soul.
Timmie (TJ), thank you for loving me purely. Thank you for your spirit, your advice, your humor, your presence. Thank you for seeing me. I will carry that with me for the rest of my life. I pray your soul is resting in peace, surrounded by light. And I hope you know how deeply you were loved... by me and so many.
You'll always be in my heart, and I'll keep our memories tucked close—forever.
Take your rest, my Timmie. 🕊️
Our staff will continue to keep your family in our prayers. We thank you for allowing us to serve your family.
