Obituary For Mrs. Ernestine "Tang" Fountain Liddell
Mrs. Ernestine “Tang” Fountain Liddell of Moss Point, MS gained her wings on April 5, 2021. She was born January 5, 1933 in Natchez, Alabama (Monroe County) to the late Garland and Fannie Fountain. She was the fifth of six children.
She was a resident of Moss Point, MS for 68 years.
Ernestine was preceded in death by her husband, Glenn “Frog” Liddell; daughter, Shirley Ann Brady; son, Rickey Earl Liddell; brothers, Sullivan Fountain and Murdock “Mick” Fountain; and sisters, Olivia Nettles, Willie Garlean Jackson, and Daisey Abner.
She leaves to cherish her memories to daughters, Glenda (James) Parker and Tammie Liddell Willis, both of Moss Point, MS and Janet ( Don) Hurd of Pascagoula, MS; ten grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren, three devoted grandchildren, Jerrell Hyde (her pride and joy), James Parker, and JoBone’ Sewell; devoted nephew, Norman Nettles; devoted cousins, Sheila Liddell Turner and Perry Lee Fountain; son-in-love, William Willis II; sister-in-law, Claudia Dubose; devoted friends, Sara and Willie H. Nettles, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Viewing for Mrs. Liddell will be from 3:00-5:00 p.m., Friday, April 9, 2021 in Millender's Funeral Chapel, 4412 Main Street, Moss Point, Mississippi.
Graveside services will be held at 12:00 noon, Saturday, April 10, 2021, in Machpelah Cemetery, Machpelah Road, Pascagoula, Mississippi.
