Mrs. Polly Josephine Tadlock, 54, of Ocean Springs, MS was born August 6, 1964 passed away, at home surrounded by her family, Sunday, August 12, 2018, after a long battle with cancer.

She was preceded in death by her father, Richard Curmel King; mother, Margaret Evelyn King; son, Nicholas Tadlock; sisters, Evelyn Irene King, and Margaret Ann Rogers; and brothers, Jarman Cochran, Joey, Cochran, and Robert King.

She is survived by her husband of twenty-two years, Ronald Tadlock; sons, Rocky Fairley of Ocean Springs, MS and Richard Fairley of Leakesville, MS; daughter, Traci Tadlock of Pascagoula, MS; grandchildren, Kiersten, Landon, Ivori, Richard Jr., Ayden, Courtney, and Breleigh; sisters, Vickie Coulter, Mable Shoemaker, Mary Sue Rogers, Dorothy Bouler, Sallie Nelson, Jessie Shows, and Mary Barnhill; and brother, Woody Cochran.

A Celebration of Life Memorial will be held at 5:00 p.m, on October 21, 2018 at 499 Front Beach Drive (Beach side), Ocean Springs, MS
