Tina LaTonya Boyd passed away peacefully the morning of Saturday, October 21, 2023, with the love of her family surrounding her.
Her parents Charlie E. Boyd and the late Wille Mae Young Boyd were blessed with a beautiful soul on June 20th, 1972, they taught her how to love and it showed in the life she lived and the person she was.
In the early years of her life she professed her faith in Jesus Christ and joined Mount Charity M.B. Church and remained a faithful member there until she transitioned this life. She was also a member of the Sanctuary Choir until her health declined.
She received her education from Carthage High School with the graduating class of 1991.
Tina began her profession at Garan Inc., Peco Foods, and Faurecia Automotive, where she was loved by everyone that she connected with.
She had a heart of pure gold, she loved her family and friends immensely, she lived her life gracefully. Her hobbies included dining with family, shopping, traveling the world making memories with those she loved.
Five years ago she was diagnosed with cancer, even then she was given a certain amount of time on earth to live, she kept praying, kept living, and she didn't throw in the towel easily. A woman that never complained and always kept a positive attitude and spirit.
Those who transitioned this life before her and that she has reunited with includes her mother; Willie Mae Boyd, a brother; Willie C. Boyd, a sister; Josiephine Walker, a niece; Braiy'lee Boyd, and a special 1st cousin Venita Mann Whittington.
She leaves to treasure and respect her memory, her father; Charlie E. Boyd, siblings; Frankie Young, Robert Young (Cassandra), Bobby Boyd Sr. (Kamesha), Al-Fredrick Boyd (Jennifer), Wanda Gardner (Jeffery), and Decosha Huffman. Nephews and Nieces; Earl, Bali, Sabrina, Bobby Jr., Schrae'lyn, Sir Nathaniel, and Ava. A special aunt; Betty J. Ricks, godchildren; Amaria and Brisen, a special friend; Allen Hall. Many aunts, uncles, cousins, and dear friends. Thank you, Yarsha for making the load a little easier to carry.
