Sister Robbie attended South Leake High School in Walnut Grove, MS and was a graduate in the class of 1986. She attended Pleasant Grove M.B. Church at an early age under the leadership of Rev. Nathaniel Booker and discovered her gift to sing. She eventually joined House of Prayer in Carthage, MS but later decided to continue her spiritual journey as a member of Common Ground Prophetic Ministry under the leadership under the leadership of Pastor Christopher Spivey where she remained until her health failed.
She met and latter married the love of her life, Elder Floyd Boone, on November 26, 2000. She was a wife, a Gi-Gi, a singer, and most of all a child of God. Sister Robbie loved spending time with family and friends, praising the Lord through songs and she often testified about the word of God as well as his Grace and Mercy.

She leaves to cherish her memories her loving and devoted husband, Elder Floyd Boone, her mother, Miss Jessie Mae Hornsby of Carthage, MS, and a special aunt, Mary E. Hawkins of Camden, MS.
