Sending my sincere condolences to the family of Mrs. Phyllis Williford. I met Phyllis over 20 years ago as a student fresh out of college. We worked together at the Department of Labor in Albany on Slappey Blvd. I instantly connected with Phyllis and learned so much from her about work and just life in general. Even as my career has taken me to many different places and our paths never crossed again, I never forgot about Phyllis Williford. She was so full of life, kept it real and always made me laugh. I forever hold on to those memories to those days in the early 2000s.
