Butch lived a life marked by dedication, kindness, and a deep love for his family and community and was known for his strong work ethic, generous spirit, and unwavering commitment to those he loved. Whether through his career, his service to others, or the countless ways he supported family and friends, he made a lasting impact on everyone who had the privilege of knowing him. He will be missed by all but he is in peace in the presence of the Lord.

We, the daughter of the late Archie and Leola Pickett of Denver, Colorado, extend our heartfelt sympathy from afar during this time of bereavement on the passing of our hometown pastor, Pastor Butch Dupree. He touched and inspired each of us through his unwavering commitment to God and His people Zion Hill Baptist Church in Eastman, Georgia. Whenever we returned home to visit, we looked forward to seeing his warm smile, His unique spiritual "Skip" as Bro Gooch sang" On My Way Home' so Rest in the Love and Peace of Lord Pastor Butch Dupree, "Well done, good and faithful servant"
