My Prayers goes out to the family. Neta you will be truly missed!!!! We will always love you! I will always remember all the things we did as childhood friends in Charleston S.C. Nadine Fair and Family
The Kirkland family of Tallahassee FL, you are in our prayers. We miss you already.
I was heartbroken to hear about the passing of Laneta. Rest in paradise, my dear friend. My deepest condolences and prayers go out to her family during this difficult time.
I still hold fond memories of our school days in Guam—those carefree times hanging out at your house, laughing, having fun, and, of course, listening to music. Laneta had such a love for Peabo Bryson back then, and whenever I hear his voice, I'm taken back to those moments. I'll never forget the times the three of us—Laneta, Donna, and I—spent singing, dancing, and enjoying the sounds of Peabo, Natalie Cole, Parliament, and The Brothers Johnson. We really were some music connoisseurs in the '70s.
Until we meet again, Laneta, may you enjoy the sweetest sounds of heavenly music.
With love, Chauncey
