Robert Gene Moore was born to Willie Moore and Doris Moore on December 15, 1964. He accepted Christ at an early age and received the Holy Spirit at the age of four. Robert carried an unwavering faith in God throughout his life.
He was actively involved in ministry at End-Time Harvest Christian Center, under the leadership of Apostle Melvin Womack. Robert had a tremendous love for people and a sincere heart for service. He volunteered as a firefighter and found joy in helping others whenever and however he could.
Robert had a lifelong passion for driving semi-trucks — short haul or long haul — and he took great pride in the work, embracing every road that carried him forward.
He also dreamed of flying jets since childhood, a fascination that stayed with him throughout his life.
Robert leaves to cherish his loving memory his wife, Kimberly Moore; his children Saiteria, Shaquera, and Kaitlin (Kessler); his grandchildren Christian, William, and Tatiana; his mother Doris Moore; his siblings Dorothy J. Sarpong ( Joseph), Samuel L. Peterson Jr., (Judy), Louise Reynolds, Gladys Moore, Willie “Billy” Moore, Lucille Williams, Willie “Bobby” Moore, and Annie Doris Hudson; his sister-in-law Brenda, widow of the late John D. Peterson as well as a host of nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends who loved him dearly.
He was preceded in death by his father, Willie Gene Moore, and by his brothers Edward Earl Reynolds and John D. Peterson.
Robert will be remembered for his kindness, his warm spirit, and his deep love for his family. His presence was a gift, and his absence leaves an immeasurable void.
