Obituary For Tasha Marie Ashley
At times like this man is helpless, it is only God who can speak the words that calm the sea, still the wind, and ease the pain.
Tasha Marie Ashley was born on November 26, 1978. She was born to Joann Stubbs and Sammie Dinkins Sr.
She attended Northside High School and later completed her GED. She continued her studies at Middle Georgia Technical College, where she became a medical assistant. She served the medical field for 19 years.
She met the love of her life, Andre Ashley, in 1999. They became unified in the body of Christ in 2016.
Tasha was a devoted wife, mother, daughter, sister, aunt, niece, GiGi, and friend. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends, reading, traveling, and shopping. She was always the life of the party, smiling, dancing, and having a wonderful time. She had a good heart and enjoyed helping others. Her family was especially important to her.
On July 9, 2024, God called his angel back home.
She was preceded in death by her great niece NaRiyah Rountree.
Tasha leaves to cherish her memory: mom and dad, Joann Stubbs, Sammie Dinkins Sr., loving husband Andre Ashley, two daughters Tyieshia Dinkins and Chazmyne Ashley, one son Zakendre Dinkins (Fernanda), brothers Sammie Dinkins Jr. and Hubert Dinkins, sister Lashunda Stubbs, grandchildren: Heaven, Harmony, and Kendrick, nieces and nephews: Tazahi, Keyuntae, Tkeya, Travon, KaRiyah, Quavion, Jaques, and Sammie, a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Devoted friend Angel Glawson and devoted cousin Mary Ellington.
