Funeral Services for Mr. Kevin Roberts, age 52, of DeKalb, MS were held Saturday, September 13, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at Center Ridge Baptist Church in DeKalb, MS.

Rev Darryl Rush officiated the service. Burial followed in the Depot Hill Cemetery.

Kevin Leroger Roberts was born Tuesday, June 19, 1973, to Leroy Roberts and Lela Mae Grady Roberts in DeKalb, Kemper County, MS.

Being an avid believer in God and Jesus Christ, he accepted Jesus Christ as his personal savior at an early age and joined Center Ridge Missionary Baptist Church in DeKalb, MS, where he remained a member his entire life. For those who truly knew Kevin, they knew that he loved children, spoke whatever was on his mind, liked to cook, and he loved his family. He received his education from the Kemper County School System where he was a 1991 graduate of Kemper County High School in DeKalb, MS.

Mr. Kevin Leroger Roberts, age 52, departed his earthly life on Saturday, September 6, 2025, at Baptist Anderson Medical Center in Meridian, Lauderdale County, MS. He had spent over a year as a resident at Diversicare Nursing Home in Meridian, MS. His nephew, Cordney Cordale

Grady, patemal grandparents, Otha Lee Roberts and Vivian Marie Westerfield Roberts; maternal grandparents, Lost John Grady and Paralee Grady Grady; aunts, Nancy Faye Roberts Cole and Elmer Irene Grady Coleman; and uncles, Russell Roberts, Dennis "Derry" Roberts, Henry Earl Grady, David Grady, and John Henry Grady, preceded him in death.

Survivors are: parents, Leroy Roberts and Lela Mae Grady Roberts of DeKalb, MS; three siblings - two brothers, Richard Dale Grady (Lynell) and Dexter Roberts, both of DeKalb, MS; one sister, Michelle Roberts of DeKalb, MS; nephews, Torris Grady (Kirsten), Kamaree Grady, and Nicholas Oliver; nieces, Ava Grady and Olivia Grady; special friend and significant other, Glenda Faye Prince of DeKalb, MS; aunts, Patricia Roberts Mason (Rev. Anthony) and Jeanette Roberts McGraw (Sonny), both of Preston, MS; Sandra Roberts McCoy, Vicki Roberts McCoy (David), Hazel Grady Tisdale, Johnnie Mae Grady Lucas (Frank), and Johnnie Lee Grady Rush (Rev. Darryl, all of DeKalb, MS; Mary Grady Payton, Francis Gray Bowman, and Shirley Grady Massey, all of Chicago, IL; uncles, J.C. Roberts, Andrew Roberts (Helen), Virgil Roberts, Byron Roberts, and Willie Grady (Joyce), all of DeKalb, MS; and Ricky Roberts (Wytima) of Philadelphia, MS; and a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins, and friends.
