To Mr. Leroy Clark, Preston and Dominique Clark and Family.

I first met Mrs. Joann Clark while teaching Preston Clark at his former High school. It was obvious to me that this astounding mother was there for the business at hand: Preston Clark's future and the enhancement of the school's climate. Mrs. Clark became PTA president and the parent who accompanied my class on all school field trips. She was always concerned about her son staying on task with his lessons because Preston was "college bound." Preston not only became the school's 2013 Senior class Valedictorian, he graduated from college; married the Love of his Life; and now have two beautiful children. This was a persistent mother who along with her husband intentionally paved the way for their only child to be successful in this life. Through the years she became a friend and a mentor to me and even though your assignment is completed now,I just want to say thank you to a sweet,loving and amazing woman. Thanks for all the words of wisdom and encouragment that you shared. Although,Jesus,your saviour has called you back unto himself, "You are gone, but never forgotten," Mrs. Joann Clark! 🌹 🌹🌹❤ Ms. Hawkins
