Bishop Wilson made an indelible impact on many people. He guided me during the early stages of ministry and provided wise counsel my early years and beyond. In 1986, Bishop purchased my first pair of cap-toe Stacy Adams which I wear today. His positive influence and inspiring message resonates with many. How amazing that he impacted so many while honoring his family. Bishop, rest well, Brother, knowing that we will sustain your legacy in thought, word and deed. Dr. TL Lewis...

My sincere condolences and prayers go out to the family of Bishop Wilson. I will be prayerfully praying for his wife.. children..and church family. I thank God for the blessings of Bishop Wilson...and how he used him as his dedicated servant..and pillar in the Rock Hill community...who became a Benchmark leader who met people where they were in life. He was a dynamic preacher with a great sense of humor and a childhood friend. Thank God I got to hear him preach when I was home on two occasions. Continue your rest in Paradise.
