Obituary For Mr. Fred Talford
Fred Talford, age 77, of 219 Thornfield Lane, Rock Hill, South Carolina, passed away on Sunday, December 21, 2025, at Piedmont Medical Center in Rock Hill. Born on February 17, 1948, in Rock Hill to Hint Talford and Polly Kennedy, Mr. Talford was a respected member of his community.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 3, 2026, from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at White Hill AME Zion Church 2255 Old York Road, York, SC 29745.
A Home Going Celebration of Life will follow immediately at 1:00 PM at the church, with interment at Barber Memorial Cemetery thereafter.
Arrangements are entrusted to Parker Funeral Home.

I met Mr. Talford at Senior Citizen, He was a very nice person, we road the bus to the center. He love his dogs. Mr. Fred I will miss our talk. E.I.P.

Mr. Fred Talford was a man of candidness and a decent respect for his elders. Within our community of Old Friendship and Black Street, as expected, he did his learning and longing for friends and family. His kindness was exemplary to and for the less fortunate than his self. Rest In Peace, Fred.
