Obituary For Mr. Robert Comire, Sr.

Robert L. Comire, Sr., 88, passed away at home, Saturday, August 26, 2023.

Robert was born to the late Irene and Walter Comire, Sr. in Woonsocket, RI, in 1934. He served his country in Korea, in the United States Marine Corp. He worked in the construction field for several years. He retired after working as a security guard for many years. He loved his family.

Robert was preceded in death by his parents Irene and Walter Comire, Sr.; sister Helen Nichols; grandson Eric Comire. He is survived by his children Robert (Kim) Comire, Jr., Suzanne (William Gardner) Comire and Christine (Steven) Stikeleather; four grandchildren, Adam, Christopher, William and Caitlyn; his brothers Walter and Norman.
A private celebration of life will be held for immediate family.
Parker Funeral Home is assisting the family.

Uncle Bob and my mother (sister-in-law, Jeanne Comire) had to make their Dunkin' Donuts run everyday so they could sip coffee while catching up on their gossip. Your Nrother, Norman has missed having you in the house..said it was too quiet; was not aware of the ragers you were throwing on that first floor but, they must have kept Norman entertained. Hope you are happy with the updates Patrick & Hayli have made to you space and they live up to your construction standards. think of you often which puts a little smile on my face. Hope you are happy and pain-free in your new surroundings. Keep an eye on Jeanne for us...do't let her wander too far! She does not have the best sense of direction after all
