Terry Giorgio Leach, 69, passed away peacefully on Thursday, June 13, 2024, at Piedmont Medical Center, Fort Mill, South Carolina.
A visitation will be held at 6 PM until 8 PM on Friday, June 21st, 2024, at Parker Funeral Home, 870 Saluda Street, Rock Hill, SC 29730.
Celebration of Life will be held at 2 PM on Saturday, June 22nd, 2024, at Weeping Mary Baptist Church 1996 Eastview Road, Rock Hill, SC 29730.
Burial will take place at the Weeping Mary Baptist Church Cemetery, Rock Hill, SC.
Parker Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
