Shirley Ann Young Mickel Lumpkin, 82, was a native of Rock Hill, South Carolina. She was born in Rock Hill on July 13, 1944, to George Anderson Young Sr. and Sally Ruth Kelly Young. She peacefully entered the gates to be with the Lord on Thursday, August 27, 2026, at her residence.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 7, 2026, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Parker Funeral Home Chapel.
A Homegoing Celebration for Shirley Ann Young Mickel Lumpkin will be held on Tuesday, September 8, 2026, at 2:00 PM at First Calvary Baptist Church, 623 Crawford Road, Rock Hill, South Carolina 29730.
Interment will follow at Barber Memorial Cemetery.
