Hellen Cleo Baxter Walker, 96 of 1011 Glen Arden Drive, Rock Hill, South Carolina, was born June 30, 1929, in Rock Hill, SC to the late Cecil Baxter and Martha Stevenson Baxter.
Hellen grew up in Rock Hill, where she developed the values and strength of character that would define her throughout her life. Guided by the love and support of her parents, she carried these qualities into adulthood, nurturing her family with the same warmth and dedication she had known in her youth. Her journey through life was marked by countless acts of kindness, steadfast resilience, and a commitment to uplifting those around her, making a lasting impact on her community and all who had the privilege of knowing her.
Hellen passed away on October 9, 2025, at Atrium Health in Charlotte, North Carolina.

A visitation is scheduled for Friday, October 17, 2025, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Parker Funeral Home Chapel.

The Home Going Celebration for Hellen is scheduled for Saturday, October 18, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. and will take place at Gethsemane Church, located at 1637 Squire Road, Rock Hill, South Carolina 29730.

Bishop Duncan is scheduled to preside over the ceremony.
