Obituary For Ms. Racheal Amelia Taylor “Amy”

Racheal Amelia Taylor “Amy” Amy went to be with Jesus on Thursday, November 13, 2025, at home in McConnells, SC. She was born August 19, 1974, in Newberry, SC and was the daughter of Mildred Rains “Cathy” and the late Arthur Vic Williams.

In addition to her father, she was proceeded in death by her husband Perry Trent Taylor and her son JeƯery Scott Taylor. Amy was a truly kind, giving and loving person.

She loved to help, give, and share whatever she had, and she enjoyed being a prankster. She loved playing with all the kids, and she was so proud of all her children and grandchildren. Amy leaves a legacy that will be cherished by her survivors; Her son’s Billy Joe Gordon II; Travis Trent Taylor and wife Alishia Taylor; Her daughter’s Catherine Alexandrea Williams and Jessica Leanne Taylor. Grandchildren Billy Barron; Nathen, Colten, Westen and Braxten Charles; Brantley, Trinity, and Renae Taylor. She also has many cousins,aunts, uncles,nieces, and nephews.

We will all miss her deeply.

The Memorial Service will be held on Sunday December 7, 2025 at 4:00 p.m. at Calvary Church of God 550 Hollis Lakes Road, Rock Hill, SC 29732. The service will be oƯiciated byPastor James Locklair.
