A home-going celebration for Victoria Starnes will be held on Saturday, August 1, 2026, at 5:00 PM at Parker Funeral Home Chapel.

I only knew Miss Vickie for a short while. I moved in across from her. She was always kind and encouraging. Her grandsons was very nice and respectful. I am praying for her family. God Bless You!
