To the Family,
Our hearts are saddened by the loss of Cousin Susie Grimmsley, a resident of Leon County, a long-time member of Jackson County, and JCTS Alumni. Words alone can not convey the sense of loss and sadness we are feeling right now.
Susie was a joy to be arounded. She served as a member of the GA-JCTS Executive Board of Directors, 2012- 2014 reunions.
Susie served on the board as Treasurer and Decoration Coordinator for the school reunion.
On behalf of the White, Purdee and Spires' Family Reunion Cookbook, Susie served as the Assisant Chairperson. She submitted some of her favorite recipe dishes, also her sister Lillie's Meatloaf and Banana Pudding recipes that will forever remain a legacy of the WPS Family's cookbook.
Our heartfelted sympathy, and prayers go out to the family that God will strengthen and keep you in your hours of sorrow. May your faith in God, the love of family, and caring friends comfort you during this difficult time.
I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and received you to myself; that where I am, there you may be also, John 24:2-3. Rest in Peace Cousin Susie (RIP).
