Mr. Gerald Keith Jewell, II, 50, of Eastview, KY died on September 14, 2021 at Baptist Health Hardin.
Mr. Jewell was a native of Horse Cave, KY and the son of Gerald Keith and Janet Carol Jewell. He was a self-employed auto mechanic.
Survivors include one daughter, Codie Jewell of Dansville, NY.
Cremation was chosen by the family.
