Obituary For Jolinda "Buffy" Cuffee
Miss Jolinda “Buffy” Cuffee, 43, of Elizabethtown, died Friday, October 2, 2026 at Baptist Health Hardin.
She was preceded in death by her mother Jo Ella Cuffee.
She is survived by her daughter, Terriyah Cuffee-Thames; her father, Bernard Cuffee, Jr.; two brothers, Bernard (Amanda) Cuffee, III and Torein Compton; two sisters, Tasheka Banks ( Jeffery) and Toni Stubbs.
The funeral will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, October 10, 2026 at First Baptist Church with the Rev. Roderick Jones officiating. Burial will follow in Elizabethtown Memorial Gardens.
Visitation after 6:00 p.m. Friday, October 9, 2026 at Percell & Sons Funeral Home.

To my dear cousin Buffy, proper name Jolinda. May you rest in the peace you so deserve. I did not interact with you much but I will always cherish the moments and times that we did share at a family event. And the time my son and I spent with you before we left Kentucky last month. Sometimes we don't know why things happen like they do, but God is never surprised, we are. I am praying for all the family, and that God will meet your every need in this time of transition. I send my love and prayers to you all in Jesus' name. It is well.

There are no words that can truly express the pain of losing someone you love. My heart and prayers are especially with her daughter, her siblings, and her father during this difficult time. Words can't express my deepest sympathy in the passing of BuffBuff. We say she is gone too soon, but God eased her pain and suffering from this world.
