Mr. Matthew Anthony Lewis, 42, of Radcliff passed away on March 25 at his residence.

To the beautiful soul Matthew was, the love he gave and the love he left behind reminds us that he too, was human, just like you and I.

Matthew had a heart bigger than life itself, and his kindness knew no limits. He had an undeniable ability to light up a room with his laughter, always ready with a fishing story that made everyone feel the warmth he carried inside.

Beyond his struggles, Matt was a brother; a son; father; uncle; and a friend whose love will be forever cherished. No matter the struggles he faced, they never changed the kindness, love, and strength he held within.

Gone but never forgotten, to the self-proclaimed handyman and his love for fishing.

Matthew leaves to cherish his memories a son, Davion Hughes of Bardstown; his mother Patricia Lewis of Radcliff; a brother Michael C. Lewis; four grandchildren, Jayvion Hughes, Jakobi Hughes, Zaydrian Hughes, Luxtyn Gribbins; a niece, Savannah Lewis; along with a host of other relatives and friends.

The family has chosen cremation.
