Mrs. Cynthia Marie Tyler, 68, of Radcliff, died Thursday, October 16, 2025, at Baptist Health Hardin.
Cynthia was born November 2, 1956 to the late William and Barbara Chapman Brooks.
She was a retired Nurse at Ft. Knox Ireland Army Hospital.
She leaves to cherish her memories, a devoted husband, Curtis Tyler, Sr.; a daughter, Antionette Tyler; a son Curtis Tyler, Jr. (Meredith); nine grandchildren; one great grandchild; two brothers William Brooks, Jr (Matrice) and Minkah Baraka (Michelle); three sisters, Linda Smith, Ife Titilola and Julia Goodwin.
The funeral will be held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, October 23, 2025, at Sign of the Dove Church in Radcliff. Burial will follow in the KY Veterans Cemetery Central at 2:30 p.m.
Visitation after 6:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 22, 2025, at Percell & Sons Funeral Home in Elizabethtown, KY

It was truly an honor to have met and spent time with Mrs. Tyler. Her warmth, strength, and devotion to her family left a lasting impression on all who knew her. I'm sure her legacy will live on in the lives she touched and the love she gave. To her family, please accept my condolences. A very wonderful, encouraging, strong person. She would bring cheer, laughter to us. She fought a tough fight in recent days but know she is now being held in the arms of the Lord now.
