Obituary For SSG (Ret.) Thomas Ernest Scott
SSG (Ret.) Thomas Ernest Scott, 81, of Radcliff, KY died on November 2, 2020 at Baptist Health Hardin in Elizabethtown.
Mr. Scott was a native of Marianna, AR and the son of the late Ernest and Annie Scott. He was a member of New Beginnings Church and retired from the U. S. Army.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one son, Thomas Scott, Jr.,; daughters, Shirley Mae Gordon and Teresa Renee Jackson; brothers, Moses, Charles Ray & MacArthur and one sister Sheila Scott.
Survivors include his wife, Pearly Scott of Radcliff, KY; sons, Aundria D. Scott of Lebanon, PA and Charles E. Scott of Radcliff, KY; daughters, Carla Ann Brown of Marietta, GA, Jennetta D. Scott of Louisville, KY, Mary E. Scott of Radcliff, KY; sisters, Emma Hasan, Carma Lee Cooper (Roosevelt) and Francis Scott; his mother-in-law, Lillie Mae Logan; twenty-eight grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren.
Funeral service will be 11:00 am on Monday, November 16, 2020 at Percell & Sons Funeral Home with Dr. O. C. Jones officiating. Burial with military honors will follow at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Central.
Visitation will be from 6:00 - 8:00 pm on Sunday, November 15, 2020 also at Percell & Sons Funeral Home.
