Tina Ann Matherly, 51 of Radcliff, KY passed away on Saturday, January 10, 2026, at her residence.
She is preceded in death by her parents Randall Matherly Sr. and Fannie Shephard Matherly.
She is survived by her son Adam Matherly.
The family chose cremation.
