Obituary For William B. Taylor, Sr.

William B. Taylor, Sr. 70, died Tuesday, April 7, 2020 in Louisville, Kentucky.

He received Christ at an early age and was a member of Greater Friendship Baptist Church in Louisville, KY.

He was proceeded in death by his two brothers, Thomas G. and Larry E. Taylor.

He is survived by his wife of many years, Ann Y. Taylor and his four children, Terri Lynn (Kendall), William “Bill”, Jr., Tamara Watkins, and Anthony Yarbrough, Sr.; seven grandchildren, DeVonne G. Young, Jr., Anthony L. Hayden, Jr., Alijah L. Hayden, Anthony Yarbrough, Jr., Nevaeh Yarbrough, Rian Watkins, and Rylen Watkins; five great grandchildren DeVonne, Jr., Deaven, Deavren, Harlem, Derron Young and Anthony Yarbrough, III; his brother, Bernard Smith and sister Rev. Doris Harris (Billy) and one Uncle Raymond Wright and three Aunts, Ruby Taylor Wilson, Betty Elzy and Hattie Mae Taylor Ford and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Mr. William Taylor, Sr. will be laid to rest on Monday, April 13 at Green Meadows Cemetery in Louisville, KY.
