Send flowers to the service of Albert Dowling
Brother Dowling was such a kind and inviting soul. I remember while at camp meeting he saved a person from drowning. His spirit will be missed. May he rest in peace until we meet again 🙏
To the Family of Mr. Dowling, Condolences to friends and family. When Mr. Dowling learned I was from Bermuda, he picked me up every Sabbath and took me to church while I was a student at UNCG. I was saddened by the news and will miss the yearly calls sending well wishes to my mother and I. I am so sorry that I was unaware of the service and unable to attend the celebration of his life. May God bring comfort to all who mourn his loss. God Bless. Juliet Pearman (Bermuda)
I met brother Dowling at EMSSDA church. He always had a kind serious demeanor, and his expression indicated that he expected the same of me. I was his physician and friend and it was a pleasure to have known him.
Bro. Dowling & I worked together on the Usher Board & Finance Team @ East Market St. 7th Day Adventist Church for many years together beginning in the late 1970's. Though he was quiet and soft spoken by nature he secretly enjoyed a good laugh~which our team often shared every 1st Sabbath. He was reliable/dependable and a man of his word. No matter the attire we agreed upon in our usher meetings, he would ALWAYS wear his "vest" with his suit! A true soldier in the Army of the LORD!
Our prayers are with you during this. May God watch over you and your family.

We met Albert Dowling in the late 1970's. Through the decades, he remained peaceful, humble and someone we loved to greet when we returned to East Market St SDA Church. He will be missed. Eld.& Sis William Winston.

Please accept my condolences for the loss of our dear brother Albert Dowling. I will always remember his thoughtfulness and kindness. Mr. Dowling would visit my office and engage in investment opportunities back in the year 2000. He was always so pleasant and enjoyable to chat with. I will miss him! I look forward to seeing him again in the resurrection of the Saints!
