Offering my Condolences to the Waddell family. Our families grew up together at Union Memorial. Mr. Waddell and my Father (Alexander) sang in the choir together, and served on various boards and Men's Orgs together. His Beloved Peggy (Mrs. W) was a dear friend of my Mother (Katye)... they were instrumental in starting the first church nursery, and served on various boards and Women's Orgs together. Leigh, Beverly and I sang in the youth choir, and were active in the church youth group. I'm truly sorry for your family's loss, but am warmed thinking how our parents are together again in the Heavenly, Spiritual realm, with the ancestors and Our LORD. Leigh, Beverly, I Pray that the many great memories, experiences you shared with your Father will sustain you/your families now, and in the days to come. I'm thankful to have known your Father, and shared his friendship. May Peace, Comfort be yours in GOD's time. One Love ... Michael Watson
Uncle Alfred, you were a pillar of strength among your siblings and the entire Waddell family. May you rest in peace as you join your family reunion in heaven.
Seems Like I've known Alfred all my life. The Aldridge family and the Waddell family have had a connection that run more a hundred years. Alfred's mother and my great grandmother were the Best of Friends. So RIP !!!!!!!
