Brian, better known as “Big Greasy” Graham, was one the greatest gifts his mother could receive as he was born on her birthday. Brian never met a stranger, he was very jovial, a jokester, a very loving and caring friend.
Brian was the life of the party at many family gatherings. He was a master at distracting everyone while he took the lion’s share of his mother’s world-famous banana pudding. The other love of his life was his dog Fluffy. Brian spent numerous hours playing, dancing, and singing with his beloved friend.
Brian was a lifelong resident of Greensboro and was educated in the Greensboro School System. Brian was preceded in death by his father George L. Graham, and both sets of grandparents, George W. and Laura Graham and Herman and Josephine Quick.
He is survived by his mother, Brenda Q Graham, his brother Darryl Keith (Teresa), maternal aunt Wanda Johnson, paternal aunts Rosa Greene, Dorothy Leverette, and Christine Graham. Maternal uncles Herman Quick Jr. (Joyce), Ronald Quick (Mary), Reginald Quick (Carla), paternal uncles, Gary (Barbara) and Dewey (Yvonne) and Alvin (d) (Caleatha) Graham. Special brother and sister Michael and Audrey Trogdon, Godmother Flossie Campbell, play brother Spencer Owens, best friends Cheryl Totten and Keaton Johnson and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Funeral service will be held Thursday, July 20, 2023 3pm Cassie Coote-Brown Memorial Chapel at Perry J. Brown Funeral Home 909 East Market Street Greensboro, North Carolina. 2:30pm Visitation
