Bette, we, the members of the North Carolina State Employee Choir would like to express our deepest condolences. With heartfelt sympathy, may you feel our love embrace you during this difficult time.
Yvonne and family you have my sympathy and prayers on the transition of Henry. May your memories keep him close to your heart now and in the coming days as you go through this difficult period.
Our deepest sympathy to the Revell family, especially our choir member Bettie, the beloved's sister. God is our strength and our comforter. He has promised never to leave us nor forsake us. Your choir family at First Missionary Baptist Church of Smithfield love you and are keeping you and Henry's family in prayer.
My sincere condolences to your family. May caring thoughts comfort you at this time of sorrow. I remember Mr. Revell being on the board of Triad Sickle Cell Anemia Foundation (now Piedmont Health Services and Sickle Cell Agency) and how he wanted and did great things for the agency. His caring and compassion as president of the agency was missed the second his term ended. Mr. Revell had a big heart and wanted things to be the same for all. NCA&T State University was his passion also - wanting to do and make the school great! Rest in peace my friend. Karen Jordan
Henry and I worked together from 1973-75. He was a great mentor to me both in education and spiritually. Over the past 50+ years we maintained a friendship that spanned time and events. I always treasured his phone calls and keeping in touch with his life. Yvonne, you were a true blessing for him. Henry was a wonderful, caring, great man and will be sorely missed. May he rest in peace. Dave Persell, Charlotte Michigan
