With sincere prayers and condolences to the Dula family. Surely Colonel Dula will be missed but he will always be with those who loved and knew him as long as they keep him in their hearts. I had the occasion to meet him twice. Both times we talked about our experiences during the times each of us attended "Dear A & T."
