Obituary For Margie Watson
Margie Rae Watson was born in Chesterfield, SC March 18, 1946 to the late George Walter Hinson and Roseanna Hinson Ratcliff. She departed life on Friday April 8, 2022 at Moses Cone Hospital in Greensboro, NC.
Margie attended and graduated from Old Gary High School in 1964. Margie worked for Thomasville Furniture until 2004 when she became ill and moved to Greensboro, NC with her daughter.
She is preceded in death with her two parents, three brothers, three sisters, life partner Carvin Sanders, and two sons.
Left to cherish her memories are two daughters Deirdre (Deon) Watson-Bess of the home, Monita (Vincent) Hinson-Houston Irmo, SC one son Darrell (Tonia) Hinson Newport News, VA, Her loving granddaughter Jordyn Bess of the home, one sister Duralene (Neville) Hamilton Brooklyn, NY two brothers, Tony (Joann) Hinson Gastonia, NC and Perry (Carrie) Ratcliff of Eagle Springs, NC and many other relatives and friends.
A service honoring her life will be held on Saturday, April 16,2022 from 12 pm - 2 pm in the Cassie Coote-Brown Memorial Chapel.
Professional services are entrusted to Perry J. Brown Funeral Home.
