Webster received his education in the Scotland County School System. He later moved to Greensboro, NC where he gained employment working for the city and later retired from North Carolina A&T State University.
At an early age he gave his life to Christ and joined Nazareth Missionary Baptist Church.
Webster enjoyed listening to music, eating (with his half of stomach inside joke), being around family, and hanging out with his buddies.
Webster was preceded in death by his parents, Ernest and Marie McRae; Ruth McNeill (sister), and James E. McRae (brother).
On Monday, July 24, 2023, at the home, Webster’s mind and body were made free from all of Earth’s transgressions and he gained his heavenly wings.
Webster will forever be remembered by his lifetime friend of many years, Mary (Linda) Enoch; five sisters: Earnesteen McNeill (Lester), Lena McRae, Janie Cole (Neil) all of Wagram, NC, Marie Thomas, Carolyn Walls (Alex) both of Laurinburg, NC; one brother: William McRae (Nicole) of Raeford, NC; one brother-in-law, John McNeill and one sister-in-law, Brenda McRae both of Wagram, NC. Webster bids farewell to all his nieces, nephews, relatives and ALL his Greensboro friends whom he called family.
