Annie Louise Doe, 73 of Reidsville, NC passed Tuesday, March 3, 2026. The family will receive friends at Perry Spencer Funeral Home, Eden, NC, 511 Henry St., Eden, NC on Thursday, March 12, 2026 from 11:30 a.m. - 12 Noon with service beginning at 12:00 p.m. Interment will follow at Eden Garden Cemetery, Eden, NC.
Public viewing will be held Wednesday, March 11, 2026 from 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. at Perry Spencer Funeral Home, 511 Henry St., Eden, NC.
Annie Louise Winchester Doe was born in Rockingham County, June 22, 1952, to the late James Winchester, Sr., and Louise Scales Winchester.
She attended Booker T. Washington school in Reidsville, NC. She went to Rockingham Community College, Wentworth, NC and received her Nursing Degree. She worked in various positions; Homecare, Hospitals, and Nursing Homes for over 40 years. Annie loved spending time with her family but after she became disable and not able to work, she could not entertain her family, like she once did.
She was also proceeded in death by her brother; Johnnie Winchester and George Smith and one grandson, James Jamar Slade.
She leaves to cherish her memory: two daughters; Kimberly Doe Graves (William) and Lewanda Doe (Eddie). Grandchildren; Ja’mia Graves (Larry), Kimmie Graves and Tre’ Graves, great granddaughter; Londyn Felder (her Apple Jack). Her brother; James Winchester Jr., (Jean) and sister; Melinda Lazenby. Sisters-in-law; Carolyn Doe Smith, Shirley Doe Simms, Alice Doe, Lorraine Patterson (James), Christine Brown (Jerald) and Betty Woodard (Teddy). Honorary daughter; Crystal Guy Lowe, granddaughter Jamauri Scales and niece; Wysheka Logan. Along with a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
