Clifton Franklin “Frank” Neal, Sr 75 of Madison, NC passed Thursday, October 23, 2025. The family will receive friends from 12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 29th 2025 at New Light Refuge Temple 2441 Bethany Rd. Madison, NC. The funeral service will begin at 1:00 p.m. with interment following at Hairston’s Cemetery 174 Shady Grove Rd., Eden, NC.
Public viewing will be held from 1:00 p.m. -7:00 p.m., Tuesday October 28th, 2025, at Perry-Spencer Funeral Home, 402 Short Avenue Madison, NC.
